Seminar Content:
The ability to change perspectives makes us more flexible in communication and opens up new fields of action and possibilities for solutions. In the moderation of conversations, a change of perspective helps to adopt an all-partial (impartial and inclusive) attitude and makes it easier to take different positions into account during communication processes.
Impulses and reflection on perspectives
Constructive work with perspectives in conversation situations
Systemic questioning
Trying out and working on case studies from the participants' own contexts
Objective
Participants will use the work with perspectives in personal and professional communication processes, thereby opening up additional options for thinking and acting for themselves and others.
The training addresses, for example, the following questions:
How can we make different perspectives in communication processes visible or conscious and use them?
How do we create and expand perspectives that lead to constructive solutions?
How can I bring my own or others’ perspectives into a communication situation?
