The purpose of the ENCP is the development and promotion of collaborative law and collaborative practice in Europe. This is to be achieved through public relations and the cooperation of the national collaborative professionals. Particular attention is paid to the quality and training standards of collaborative law and collaborative practice. Respect for the fundamental principles of the method and the further development of training are major concerns that should contribute to successful collaboration and unity across Europe.
